Embroidery Digitising

Embroidery Digitising is the conversion of an image i.e. your logo, into digital commands that can be read by an embroidery machine to create an embroidered item. This is the single most important element in getting good, high quality embroidery on to your finished garments. The files created retain information such as object outlines, embroidery thread colours and the artwork used to stitch the designs. This process is made possible by Beacon Sports & Leisure's experienced design team.

Digitising your logo involves a one off set up charge of £5.00 per 1000 stitches. You will always be advised of this charge before you decide to go ahead with your order. The average logo is around 8000 stitches.

Clothing Embroidery

Embroidery is the process of applying your logo/artwork, once formatted through the digitising process, onto garments. Our embroidery team transforms the plain garment into a customised garment supplying the exclusive identity you require. Different levels of embroidery stitches can be applied that work as the texture to your embroidery design, with an embroidery design proof sent to you for approval. Beacon Sports & Leisure's team carry out this entire service to very high quality standards to meet clients requirements.

Clothing Printing

Sometimes embroidery isn’t practical. When this occurs we offer a heat transfer service. i.e. sponsors logos that are applied to the fronts of Football, Cricket and Rugby shirts. Your garments will take on a professional look when you have your club logo embroidered and your sponsors logo printed. When applying these logos Beacon Sports & Leisure always adhere to the guidelines set by the respective governing bodies regarding appropriate dimensions.
